Higher Power Aviation, Inc. (HPA) was founded in 1994 by Joe Poore and Mark Sterns with assistance from Robert Miranda, three experienced aviation professionals with a common vision to train leaders. The company represents a coming together of highly dedicated professionals, with years of aviation and pilot training experience in both airline and commercial environments, to build a values-based training company.
